Simply click "My Order Status" at the top right of WinterWomen.com Your email address and your WinterWomen.com password are all you need to log in under Returning Customers. Once Logged in, click "View My Order Status" then click on the order you wish to track and you will find your tracking information on that webpage.
Exchanges are fast, easy, and FREE! Simply send the merchandise back to WinterWomen along with your invoice. On your invoice, write your request along with your phone number in case we have questions. As soon as we receive the merchandise, we resend your new request the same day and WinterWomen pays for the shipping back to you (within the continental U.S.)! As with domestic orders, WinterWomen.com packages the order within hours of the customer placing the order and ships the merchandise via UPS International. The time frame in which you will receive your merchandise depends on the distance the package needs to travel and the time it takes to clear customs. Our U.S. customers usually receive their merchandise within 3-5 business days of placing their order if our standard shipping methods of UPS Ground or U.S. Mail are selected during the checkout process. For faster delivery, UPS AIR shipping methods (3-Day, 2-Day, and Overnight) are available and can be selected as the order's shipping method during the online checkout process.
