You might be asking yourself...what's fast? Orders shipped before 1:00pm Mountain Standard Time on business days are shipped the same day! Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and holidays are shipped the following business day!

Standard Method of Shipping

Standard shipping is always $4.95 on all orders shipped within the United States.  Our standard methods of shipping are UPS or U.S. Mail depending on the order value. Orders under $200 will travel USPS Priority Mail within approximately 2-4 business days. Orders over $200.00 will travel UPS Ground and cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO Flat Rate Shipments will always travel U.S. Priority Mail as the standard method of shipping. 

3-Day UPS Service

This service guarantees your merchandise will arrive at your doorstep 3 business days after the date of shipment (Weather Permitting). Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not counted as business days. Orders placed by 1:00pm Mountain Standard Time on business days ship the same day. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated during the online checkout process. UPS does not provide this service to Alaska or Hawaii. UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

2-Day UPS Air Service

This service guarantees your merchandise will arrive at your doorstep 2 business days after the date of shipment (Weather Permitting). Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not counted as business days. Orders placed by 1:00pm Mountain Standard Time on business days ship the same day. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated during the online checkout process. UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Next Day UPS Air Service

This service guarantees your merchandise will arrive at your doorstep 1 business day after the date of shipment (Weather Permitting). Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not counted as business days. Orders placed by 1:00pm Mountain Standard Time on business days ship the same day. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated during the online checkout process. UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

International Shipping

Guaranteed through WinterWomen.com and UPS International. WinterWomen.com ships all over the world every day, which allows us to assure our customers that we offer the lowest international shipping prices possible. International shipping costs will automatically be calculated during the online checkout process. All shipping costs and product costs shown on WinterWomen.com are in United States Dollars. Products such as skis and equipment may incur additional international shipping costs as they must be packaged in over sized boxes; we will not ship your package without first confirming any additional shipping costs with you.

Transit times for international shipments are normally between 2-8 business days.

The CUSTOMER is responsible for and must pay all IMPORT DUTY and VALUE ADDED TAX (VAT) at the time of delivery. WinterWomen.com does not control duties and taxes and has no prior knowledge of the amount of duties and taxes that may be assessed. Duties and taxes are solely controlled by the customs department in the country to which the merchandise is being shipped and are assessed at the time of delivery. The shipping company will collect all applicable duties and taxes on behalf of the customs department. If the customer chooses to refuse the package due to the duties and taxes imposed or if UPS determines a package is undeliverable with the shipping information the customer provides on their order, the customer will be held liable for all shipping costs, including the charges incurred for the return shipping back to WinterWomen.com and any duty and taxes that are imposed on the return shipment.

Due to agreements WinterWomen.com has with Burton, Spyder, and The North Face, we cannot ship these brands to international destinations.

Puerto Rico & Other U.S. Territories

Guaranteed through WinterWomen.com and the United States Postal Service. Our standard shipping to U.S. Territories is through U.S. Priority Mail. Express delivery options are available using U.S. Express Mail. The shipping costs will be automatically calculated during the online checkout process.
