My review is really for Winterwomen.com as this was my first order from the site and to be honest, not having heard of them (and I buy a lot of stuff online and a lot of winter/outdoor gear), I was a little concerned about their legitimacy!
I placed my order for these ski pants (Christmas gift) for what at the time was pretty good pricing.
The order shipped in a very reasonable time frame, the communications was very good, the shipment/delivery/arrival were all very good. So many lesser on-line stores really fall apart in these aspects and I was happily impressed with Winterwomen - and I will/would feel comfortable ordering from them again.
Now let's hope my wife likes these softer shell pants and that they keep her warm. Either way, winterwomen.com is just the seller and not accountable for the performance or satisfaction of the product. So far (and hoping no return will be necessary), Winterwomen.com has exceeded my expectations.

Overall pleased with these snow pants. I’m 6, and the 14tall worked great if not a little snug - but Spyder garments tend to run small so this was expected. Love the elastic panels on the sides for some extra give. Fleece lined waist is nice, though for this price I would have expected to see fleece lining throughout. The nylon interior can get a little chilly when you move, so definitely need a base layer. Still given how challenging it can be to find tall size ski pants, these are keepers.
