ALPINA SKI BINDINGS:
A variety of factors go into selecting the correct size x-country skis, including weight and ability level. Alpina makes choosing your size easy by organizing their skis by color.

NORDIC POLE SIZING
As a general rule of thumb, with the pole tips on the ground, classic nordic poles should measure to your armpit, skate nordic poles should measure to your chin.
