What is WinterKids.com & WinterWomen.com's Return Policy? [back to top]

Our Return policy is very flexible! Our 100% guarantee ensures that every item you purchase at WinterKids.com & WinterWomen.com meets your high standards when you receive it or you can return it for a replacement or refund. You can return your WinterKids.com & WinterWomen.com purchase within 30 Days of the invoice date as long as it is unworn with the tags still attached for a full refund. If a return is received after 30 days, a 15% restock fee will apply. Returns received over 3 months after the original invoice date will be issued a website credit. No returns will be accepted after 5 months of the original invoice date. Please refer to the Exchanges/Return Policy in the footer of WinterKids.com & WinterWomen.com for more information.

 

How Do I Make an Exchange? [back to top]

Exchanges are fast, easy, and FREE! Simply send the merchandise back to WinterKids.com & WinterWomen.com within 5 months of the original invoice date along with your invoice. On your invoice, write your request along with your phone number in case we have questions. As soon as we receive the merchandise, we resend your new request the same day and WinterKids.com & WinterWomen.com pays for the shipping back to you (within the continental U.S.)! The entire process usually takes about 5-7 business days. Exchanging is easy and one of our Top Priorities! How Long Does it Take to Ship My Order? [back to top]

Our U.S. customers usually receive their merchandise within 2-5 business days with the standard shipping methods of UPS Ground or U.S. Mail. For faster delivery, expedited methods (3-Day, 2-Day, and Overnight) are available and can be selected as the order's shipping method during the online checkout process.  Select items are drop-shipped from separate distribution centers and require one (1) additional day for processing before they will be shipped, including expedited shipping methods. These drop-shipped items may arrive on a different day than the rest of your order. Getting our customers their merchandise FAST is a Top Priority to us! How Can I Make Changes to My Order? [back to top]

Please call or email us with your changes as soon as you can. Since we usually package and ship orders the same day they are received, contacting us immediately is best. 1-800-924-5484 or support@WinterKids.com or support@WinterWomen.com. Please be aware that we are sometimes unable to accomodate order changes if the order has already shipped or if items on the order are being drop-shipped from a separate distribution center.


How Can I Track My Order? [back to top]

Simply click "My Account" at the top right of WinterKids.com or WinterWomen.com Your email address and your WinterKids.com or WinterWomen.com password are all you need to log in under Returning Customers. Once Logged in, click "View Order" on the right side of the screen in-line with the order number you wish to track. Then, click on the "Shipments" tab, there you will find your clickable tracking number with all tracking information for your order. If your order includes drop-shipped items, you may receive multiple tracking numbers for your order. There may be a delay in receiving tracking information for drop-shipped items; however, that does not mean that the item has not yet shipped. We will email your tracking information as soon as it becomes available.


Does WinterWomen Price Match? [back to top]

Yes, we will price match a product's price on a competitors' website, if that in-stock product is the same style, color, size, and is from the same season's collection as what was found on WinterWomen.com. The competitor must be a United States based authorized dealer of the brand for the product being price matched.

Do You Ship to APOs and FPOs? [back to top]

Of course we do! Anything we can do to support our troops! Orders over $49 will ship for free, please choose Priority as your shipping option. Thank you very much for your service to our country!

 

Does WinterKids.com & WinterWomen.com Charge Sales Tax? [back to top]

WinterKids.com & WinterWomen.com does not charge sales tax for out of state or country purchases. As we are located in Denver, Colorado, the appropriate state and city sales taxes must be included in your purchase if you live in Colorado.

What Size Should I Buy My Child? [back to top]

Although sizing correlates roughly with age, it is different for each brand, and some items may fit differently than others. Please measure your child and refer to our sizing charts for the most accurate sizing information. Height is the most reliable measurement to determine the correct size followed by the child's weight. WinterKids.com & WinterWomen.com typically suggests purchasing a size slightly larger than your child's exact measurements to allow layering and room to grow.
