Vail Mountain opened today with 27" in the past 24 hours and 9 lifts open--should be a pretty amazing season. 79" has already fallen at Vail already, and it is not even Thanksgiving yet! If you have not had the chance to get out to the mountains yet, make sure to get out and go! Looks like it will be an epic winter.

This afternoon we were SO HAPPY to look outside and see that the cold and dreary rain had turned into big snowflakes! It has been 181 days of an incredibly hot and dry climate in Denver, and it's so nice to finally see some snow. Take a look at some pictures of us frolicking in the flurries!

Two big mountains in Colorado open up this weekend! Copper Mountain and Keystone Resort will join Arapahoe Basin, Loveland, and Wolf Creek as being some of the first big mountains to open up in Colorado. We can't believe all of the snow that is falling in Colorado (And you know it's a hefty storm, because Loveland Pass is closed and chain laws are in effect for I-70)!
